Ingredients
- 1/2 kg mutton
- 2 onion sliced
- 2 tomato
- 1 1/2 Tbsps ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsps coriander leaves
- 2 Greenchilli slit
- 2 tbsps coconut oil
- 2 1/2 tsps redchilli powder
- salt
Instructions
- In a bowl combine mutton ,onion ,tomato ,ginger garlic paste , greenchilli ,coriander leaves , salt mix it well n keep it for 1/2 hr ( maximum 2 hr for great taste)
- In a pan add oil , redchilli powder ,curry leaves then add mutton mixture 1/2 cup water n cook for 15 mins until cooked .then open the lid check if any water left , if there cook till water dries off
- it should look like semi gravy or even can make it dry ..
