Microwave Oats cinnamon roll mug cake – Mug cake with the flavour of cinnamon prepared with oats instead of flour… and served with cream cheese frosting..
This recipe goes for the Facebook event Fantastical food fight.This is second time I am taking part in it..The theme for this month was Oatmeal..This recipe is One my best oatmeal recipe I love to have this as breakfast as it would be wholesome similar to be having a cinnamon roll with the cup of coffee… I love the flavour of cinnamon that too with the oats its yumm… Those who like to have oats for the breakfast can try out this combination … it gives a twist to our normal oatmeal … This mug cake is eggless too …instead of Apple sauce you could use mashed banana…
Microwave Oats Cinnamon roll Mug cake
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Apple sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 5 tbsp oats powdered
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- In a mug add Apple sauce ,oil,milk and vanilla essence give it a good mix
- Then add oats powdered,baking powder,brown sugar,salt and cinamon powder and mix everything well and microwave it for 1 minute until top is firm to touch if uncooked then microwave it for 15 seconds more
- prepare cream cheese frosting by mixing together ingredients under it.then pour over the mug cake and serve...
