Mango Mousse pudding is a creamy layered pudding with crunchy biscuit layer at the bottom followed by creamy mango pudding topped with thick homemade mango jelly .

Ingredients
Biscuit Layer
- 5 digestive biscuit crushed
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Mango cream layer
- 1/2 cup mango pureed
- 1 sachet Whipping cream powder
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp Agar agar powdered
- 2 tbsp sugar
Top jelly layer
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp Agar agar
- 1/2 cup mango pureed
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Mix together the powdered biscuit and melted butter and layer them at the bottom of the bowl.
- In a pan add water and agar agar and cook until its melted well then add 1/2 of the pureed mango, sugar mix well and keep aside.
- Beat together whipping powder and cold milk until soft peaks are formed then add in the prepared mango concoction prepared above.. and mix well add to the top of the biscuit layer..
- Again in another pan add water and agar agar ,boil until its melted then add in remaining mango puree and cook till thick and pour over the pudding mix
- Refrigerate the pudding for 2 hours and serve chilled.
