Soft pillowy Donuts filled with cheese or nutella rolled in Kunafa and fried till crisp ,Drizzled with condensed milk and garnished with ground pistachio..

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- Cream cheese cubes
- nutella
- condensed milk
- pistachio powder
- Kunafa Dough
- milk
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Add yeast,1 tsp sugar to the warm milk and keep aside until bubbles are formed.
- In a stand mixer mix together egg,sugar , melted butter ,above milk mix Then add in the flour ,salt and milk powder combine well .
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until its soft ,keep aside for 2 hours until its double in size.
- when its doubled, roll the dough into 1 inch thickness balls ,flatten them stuff with cream cheese cubes or nutella roll them tight..
- Dip the balls in milk then roll in the shredded kunafa dough ,Fry them in oil till golden and crisp..
- Finally Drizzle the balls with condensed milk and pistachio powder..
