Kesar mawa pudding is quick to make dessert which has mawa cake at bottom with creamy milk layer and soft gulab jamun..It can be eaten hot or cold .
Mawa kesar pudding

Ingredients
- 100 ml fresh cream
- 100 ml condensed milk
- 3 tbsps saffron milk soaked
- pistachio crushed
- mawa cake slices
Instructions
- Mix together fresh cream , condensed milk and saffron soaked milk well.
- Cut the gulab jamun in half and keep
- In a glass bowl /mould keep the sliced mawa cake at the bottom then add cut jamun pieces ,pour the milk mixture Finally at the top add jamun
- Bake @180xb0c for 15 mins until bubbly
- Then garnish with crushed pistachio at top.
