Healthy one bowl ,easy to make banana muffin without maida and sugar.. Soft ,moist banana Muffins.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Ripe Banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp Oats powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven @180 c for 10 minutes.
- Mash the banana well then add in the melted butter,honey, vanilla essence ,egg mix well ..
- Add more 2 tbsp to 1/4 cup honey depending upon on the sweetness I have added only 2 tbsp as my Banana is more sweet..
- To make oats powder grind the oats in mixie to fine powder .
- To the above banana mix add in the oats powder, baking powder ,baking soda ,salt , cinnamon powder mix well
- Add in the chocolate chips ,mix well
- Pour the batter to the lined muffin tray and bake @180 c for 18-20 minutes
