If you really want to indulge in some guilt free dessert / milk cakes then you should try this gluten free milk cake.

Ingredients
Almond cake
- 2 Eggs seperated
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 3/4 cup Almond flour
- 2 tbsp milk
milk Mixture
- 1 cup full fat milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Seperate the eggs into yolk and whites.
- Beat the egg yolk with sugar till light and creamy.
- Then add in the Almond flour, vanilla essence ,milk and mix well.
- Beat the egg whites till soft peaks are formed then gently fold slowly to the yolk milk mixture .
- Add the batter to the parchment lined baking pan and tap on floor to remove any air bubble.
- Bake in a pre heated oven @180 c for 25 minutes until tooth pick inserted comes out.
- When its baked well cool them on wire rack.
- Mix together ingredients for milk cake and keep aside.
- When cake is cooled well poke the cake with toothpick and pour the milk mixture all over making them soak..
- Chill and serve the cake with milk mix.
