Fried Chicken Strips

Fried Chicken Strips Recipe by Asheera Haja

Ingredients

- 250 strips chicken gm
2 tsps soya sauce -
2 tsps pepper powder -
1 tsp garlic paste -
1 tsp sauce hoison (optional)-
1 egg
oil for frying
DUSTING MIX :
1/4 cup maida -
2 tsps mixed herbs -
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper powder -
1 tbsp cornflour -

Instructions

Marinate the chicken with soya sauce , hoisan sauce , pepper pdr , garlic paste for abt hrs or more 2
mix together maida,garlic powder,pepperpdr,cornflour,mixed herbs
beat egg
dip the egg then coat in maida then again dip in egg and dust in maida mix n fry it strips
