These french breakfast muffin are best to have with a cup of coffee...Mild sweet muffins coated with cinnamon sugar..Very easy to make it.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
- 75 gm unsalted butter
- 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 Cup milk
Topping
- 1/4 Cup melted butter
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven @180℃ for 10 min.
- Sift together flour,baking powder and salt.
- Beat together butter and sugar till fluffy ,creamy and pale in colour
- Add egg and beat well.
- Add in vanilla essence
- Add the flour mix and milk alternately ...Combine well ,do not over mix.
- Add to the muffin tray and bake @180°c for 20 -25 minutes
To prepare topping
- Dip the muffin in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Add cinnamon powder to the sugar and mix well.
