Fish biriyani Recipe by Asheera Haja
Ingredients
- 8 fish slices -
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder -
- 2 tsps redchilli powder -
- salt
- lemon juice
- 2 marinate for hrs then shallow ry it and keep aside
- MASALA
- 3 onion
- 3 tomato -
- 2 tbsps ginger garlic paste -
- 2 cardomom
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 5 cloves
- 1 tbsp redchillipowder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- lemon juice
- 1 bunch coriander leaves pudina and
- 3 tbsps yoghurt
- RICE
- 1/2 2 cups rice soaked for hr -
- 2 cardomom
- 1 cinamon
- 2 clove
- bay leaf 1
- 1/2 tsp jeera sha
- salt ghee
- 80 water rice % boil the add spices n cook the till
Instructions
- In a pan add oil fry the fish pieces then in the same pan add little more oil( make masala in the same oil wre fish is fried as it give more flavor to the masala) saute onion ,ginger garlic paste,onion cook till mushy then add redchilli powder,turmeric powder then add yoghurt lemon juice garam masala, coriander leaves salt .,pudina and keep aside
- Take a heavy pan add ghee at the bottom then add little masala followed hy fried fish then cooked rice coriander leaves .layer it same way n close the lid tightly n keep it on thetop of hot tawa n dum it for 15 mins until vapors comes
- n serve hot
