This pudding has layer of vanilla sponge cake topped with crushed ferrero with Nutella and a cream layer….
I had some ferrero rocher chocolates left in my cupboard and wanted to use it in desserts..so came up with these pudding recipe…Its so soft and creamy and we get the crunch of ferrero rocher on each bite and hazelnut taste ..
Ferrero rocher pudding

Ingredients
SPONGE CAKE
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup sugar Powdered
- 3 tbsps Oil
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanillaessence
- 2 Egg
- pinch Salt of
OTHER INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup Nutella
- 10 chocolate Ferrero rocher crushed
- 2 Whipping powder sachet
- 1/2 cup milk Cold
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk
- 10 chocolate Ferrero rocher
Instructions
- To prepare sponge cake ....seperate the egg whites and yolk.To the egg yolk add sugar and beat well till creamy then add vanilla essence .
- Sieve flour , bakingpowder , salt .Add this to the egg yolk mixture mix it well.
- Beat the egg whites till soft peaks are formed.fold this to the above cake batter and pour into the dusted pan and bake @180xb0c for 30 mins.
- After baking allow it to cool as thy are very soft... keep it in the same pan were the pudding is to be set..
- Mix toghether 1/2cup of nutella with the crushed ferrero rocher chocolate mix it well and spread on top of the cooled cake
- cut the ferrero rocher chocolate in half and keep this half portion on sides of the pan as in picture. .leave a two inch gap between each chocolate as in picture
- Whip together whipping powder and cold milk till peaks then add condensed milk and cream beat it well then take about 1/2cup of this mixture and add remaining nutella and keep aside.
- Add the plain cream mixture on the top of nutella layer and spread evenly..now add the nutella mixed cream on top of this and give a swirl with stick to form a pattern on it so that it ger spread and give marbled effect .
- chill this for 4 hours and slice and serve with each ferrero on top of each slice..u can also arrange with ferrero on top of the pudding
