It’s Feb 14 today ,Valentine’s day…Its filled with red everywhere. so here i have come up with an easy to make cake using frying pan.. no bake,no ovens required.Cake layers are prepared in frying pan then frosted with cream cheese frosting..This Cake is eggless version and super soft and moist.I would say one of my best redvelvet cake…Same batter cam also be baked in oven @180 c for 35-40 minutes…And the combination of redvelvet cake with cream cheese frosting is mind blowing..

Eggless Red Velvet cake in Fry pan
Super Easy to make soft ,velvety ,eggless Red velvet cake made in Fry pan frosted with cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk (1 cup milk+1 tbsp vinegar)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp red colour gel
- 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 225 gm cream cheese
- 150 gm unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl sift together flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,salt
- Then add in sugar, oil,buttermilk,vanilla essence,red colour mix well.
- Then Finally add vinegar and give a quick mix.
- Seperate the batter into 3 bowls..
- Heat a fry pan ,grease with butter and layer with butter paper then pour the batter in bowl and spread and cook covered..
- prepare others layer in same manner. and allow it to cool.
- cut the cake layer round with a cutter and frost with cream cheese.
- To prepare cream cheese, Beat together cream cheese,butter until smooth then add in powdered sugar and mix well until creamy.
- Fill them into piping bag and keep aside.
