Ingredients
- 6 whole eggs
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- handful of cashew
- 1 tbsp ginger garkic paste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp redchilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp cardomom powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 2 tbsp cream
- Ginger julienne
- greenchilli slits
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the whole eggs with pinch of salt.. slice the boiled eggs in half and keep aside
- Boil onion,tomato,cashewnut with water until soft and grind it to smooth paste..
- In a pan add 2 tbsp butter ,ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell is gone then add in redchilli powder saute well
- Add in the ground paste, garam masala , cardomom powder ,salt to taste mix well and allow it to boil.
- when its boiled well add in honey and kasurimethi mix it
- Finally add in sliced boiled eggs and boil for 2 minutes..
