Easy kothuparotta with leftovers
An quick to make easy kothu parotta with left over chicken /mutton gravy /fry and less ingredients.

Instructions
- In a pan add ghee and roast the shredded parotta till crisp and keep aside.
- In the same pan add oil and saute onion till they are soft.then add in chopped left over chicken fry pieces mix well.
- Make a well in the center of pan and add beaten eggs...You can increase the egg if u want.
- Add in left over chicken/mutton gravy mix it well.Add tomato and green chilli.
- When all the masala is mixed well add the roasted parotta and red chilli powder mix well...
- Finally add in handful of coriander leaves and lemon juice Mix well and serve hot.
