Dum ka murg
Dum ka murg Recipe by Asheera Haja
Ingredients
- marination :
- 1/2 kg chicken
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder -
- 2 tsps greenchilll paste
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup badam melon seeds and paste (soak them in water and grind to paste) -
- 1/2 cup curd thick -
- 2 marinate this and keep aside for hrs
- SPICE POWDER
- clove Cardomom cinamon jeera , , , sha - equal amount powder it
- 2 tbsps ghee
- 2 onion -
- strands saffron
- lemob juice

- In a pan add ghee ,chopped onion saute till translucent then add marinated chicken , spice powder cook till chicken is done and ghee floats on top add saffron strands n cook for 2 mins finally add lemon juice...
- Garnish with sliced almonds
