Dal fry Recipe by Asheera Haja
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Toor dal -
- 1 tbsp channa dal -
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder -
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds -
- 1 tsp ginger chopped -
- 1 tsp garlic chopped -
- 1 onion -
- 2 tomato -
- 1 tsp redchilli powder -
- 1 tsp coriander powder -
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder -
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder -
- 1 tsp garam masala -
- 1 tbsp kasoorimethi -
- salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds -
- 1/2 tsp redchilli powder -
- 1/4 tsp hing -
- 1 tsp ghee -
- coriander leaves
Instructions
- METHOD
- cook toor dal and channa dal turmericpdr
- In a pan add oil ,cumin seeds , ginger,garlic,onion,saute well then add tomato ,all the powders , kasoorimethi salt then add cooked dal mix it well and cook for 5 mins
- In another pan add ghee , cumin seeds , redchilli powder , hing and add to above dal mixture...n finally add coriander leaves
