Same chicken marination coated in 3 different fillings.. I have used chilled kunafa here as its easy to coat the chicken ..In the second coating coconut is used which gives a extra crunch and taste.

Ingredients
Chicken Marination
- 250 gm boneless chicken cubes
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
other ingredients
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup chilled kunafa shredded
- 1/2 +1/4 cup breadcrumbs (seasoned with salt and pepper)
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp redchilli powder
- chopped coriander leaves
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with ingredients under Marination for 30 minutes.
- Beat an egg with salt and pepper and keep aside.
- Dip the marinated chicken in egg and coat with below coatings.
Kunafa coated chicken
- coat the egg dipped chicken in shredded kunafa and fry till crisp
Crumb Coated Chicken
- Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs and fry till crisp.
Coconut crusted chicken
- Mix together 1/4 cup grated coconut,1/4 cup breadcrumbs,redchilli powder,chopped coriander leaves and coat the chicken and fry till crisp.
