Creme Caramal Cheese Pudding
Ingredients
- BASE :
- 200 gm Digestive biscuit -
- 50 gm Butter -
- FILLING :
- 1 cup Whipping cream -
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence -
- 3 tbsps sugar Powdered -
- 50 gm Cream cheese -
- 1/2 tin Condensed milk -
- 2 Creme caramel sauce powder and - sachet
- 4 tsps Gelatin powder -
- 1/4 cup Water -
- 2 tsps Coffee water powder - mixed in 1/4 cups
- Chocolate sauce for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Base by blending these ingredients and spread onto the Base of spring form pan .press it and place it in the freezer for 15 mins
- In a bowl beat the whipping cream till soft peaks then add icing sugar , vanilla essence ,cream cheese condensed milk ,creme caramel powder and sauce and coffee and whip using an beater till smooth paste .dissolve the Gelatin in water and pour in cheese filling and mix it and pour over the biscuit layer and set in fridge for hrs and garnish with chocolate sauce.. 2
