Kunafa is uaually served as a dessert but i have come up with a savoury version with creamy ,cheesy egg filling... savoury kunafa with creamy cheesy egg filling..

Instructions

To Prepare Creamy egg
  1. Mix together chopped boiled egg,spring onion,pepper powder,redchilli sauce,Mayonaise,coriander leaves and salt..
  2. Mash it well and keep aside
  3. In a pan melt butter then add in garlic chopped,coriander leaves, redchilli powder and salt (if needed) and mix it well.
  4. Add the melted butter mix to the shredded kunafa and mix well until its well coated.
  5. Brush the pan with butter and add in the half of kunafa mix and spread well then layer it with egg mix ,mozrella cheese and again layer with remaining kunafa , press it and seal well and cook
  6. cook both sides on stove till crisp..
