Creamy Egg Kunafa
Kunafa is uaually served as a dessert but i have come up with a savoury version with creamy ,cheesy egg filling... savoury kunafa with creamy cheesy egg filling..

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp redchilli powder
- 1 cup kunafa shredded
- 2 tbsp mozrella cheese
- salt to taste
- butter for brushing
Creamy egg mix
Instructions
To Prepare Creamy egg
- Mix together chopped boiled egg,spring onion,pepper powder,redchilli sauce,Mayonaise,coriander leaves and salt..
- Mash it well and keep aside
- In a pan melt butter then add in garlic chopped,coriander leaves, redchilli powder and salt (if needed) and mix it well.
- Add the melted butter mix to the shredded kunafa and mix well until its well coated.
- Brush the pan with butter and add in the half of kunafa mix and spread well then layer it with egg mix ,mozrella cheese and again layer with remaining kunafa , press it and seal well and cook
- cook both sides on stove till crisp..
