Ingredients
- 5 Bread slice
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 2 egg
- 3 tbsps sugar
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 Cup cornflakes crushed
Instructions
- Crush the cornflakes and keep aside
- slice the bread pieces diagonally
- Beat milk , egg , sugar , vanillaessence well
- Heat a pan add butter ,dip the bread slices in egg milk mixture see that all sides are soaked then add to the crushed cornflakes mix press both sides so that it get coated to all sides of bread then add to the pan and cook until its toasted...
