Ingredients
Coconut mousse
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 2 tsp water
- 2 sachet whipping powder
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 150 ml coconut cream
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk powder
- condensed milk as required
Pistachio mousse
- 1/2 cup pistachio powder
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- 1 sachet whipping powder
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 2 tsp water
- condensed milk
Chocolate cup
- 100 gm chocolate chopped
- 1 tsp butter
- water Ballons
Instructions
- Soak the gelatin in water and melt in microwave.
- Beat together whipping powder and cold milk till soft peaks are formed then add in coconut cream.coconut milk powder ,condensed milk (as required for the sweetness) and melted gelatin...Beat till creamy and add to the piping bag and refrigerate until used.
- Make a paste of pistachio powder and milk .
- Beat together whipping powder and milk till soft peaks are formed then add in pistachio paste,condensed milk and melted gelatin and beat till creamy and add to the piping bag and refrigerate until use..
- Chop the chocolate and melt with butter until silky and smooth in microwave..
- Inflate the Ballons and tie a knot.. Give them a little wipe with a cloth and dip in a melted chocolate.Shake off excess chocolate and place each balloon onto the parchment-lined tray. Chill the balloons until the chocolate has set.
- when its set Use a pin to gently pop the balloon and let the air out slowly. Lift the balloon out of the cup and discard. pipe in the coconut mousse in sides and fill in the middle with pistachio mousse.Chill and serve..
