Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cake

Creamy Peanut Butter cheescake pudding sandwiched between a super moist chocolate cake topped with peanut butter butter cream frosting….

Today is Dessert day again yes its friday and today’s dessert is combination of chocolate cake , cheesecake pudding and butter cream frosting… chocolate and peanut butter combination is always goes well…… And this cake is very easy no need to cream the egg butter sugar etc just mix everthing pour in cake pan and bake …This sugary treat melts in mouth.

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cake

Ingredients

For the chocolate cake
Peanut butter Cheescake Pudding
Peanut Butter Cream Frosting

Instructions

To prepare chocolate Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree.
  2. Mix together all purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a deep bowl till well combined. To this add vegetable oil, butter milk, egg and vanilla essence and mix on medium speed till well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl in between. Stir in the instant coffee powder to the boiling water and mix well add this to batter and beat on low speed till well combined.
  3. Pour this cake batter to the greased cake pan and bake it in the preheated oven for about 35 - 40 minutes (or till a tooth pick inserted at the center of the cake come out clean. Slowly remove the cakes from the cake pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Then cut the cake in half and keep aside
Peanut Butter Cheescake pudding
  1. In a bowl beat cream cheese till smooth then add peanut butter , powder sugar till creamy . In another seperate bowl beat the whipping cream till peaks then fold on the above cream cheese mix and layer on top of first layer of cake then top it with another layer .
Peanur butter frosting
  1. Combine peanut butter and butter in deep bowl till smooth and creamy with an electric beater. Add vanilla essence and milk little by little and combine well. Add powdered sugar to this little by little and beat till it reaches a creamy spreading consistency. And pipe it on top of the cake ..
  2. serve chilled...
