Ingredients
- 4 tbsps All purpose flour maida / -
- 2 tbsps sugar -
- 1/4 tsp baking powder -
- 5 tbsps milk -
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil butter / -
- pinch salt

- sift the flour , cocoa powder , bakingpowder
- mix toghetr milk ,oil ,sugar then add sifted above mixture mix well add to a mug or mix everythng in a mug microwave at high power for 3 mins finally dust with icing sugar
