These Chocolate chip cookie cheesecake bars are easy to make dessert that will satisfy all your cravings… Crunchy top with lots of chocolate chips and creamy center made into a bar.. lets combine together two of the favourite recipe chocolate chip cookie and cheesecake.As the cheesecake needs to get set its refrigerated after baking…. The each bite is heavenly and delicious which gives the divine taste of having both cheesecake and cookie..It can be stored for 3-4 days in fridge..but the problem is it get finished off immediately after u have prepared 😊thats what happened in my home…you cannot just stop in single bitr😉
Last month Asheescookbook have collaborated with them.. this is the first event after collaboration.. so I was the host for the bake along segment where I will be posting the ingredients and methods to do a recipe then following that recipe and method the members will try the recipe at home and post in the event page.. does it sound fun… ya it is … this event happens once in a month …but they have other events happening every week.. Chocolate chip cookie Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking slda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips you can increase if you want
- 1(225gm) pack Philadelphia cream cheese (you can use any other brand too)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients kept for chocolate chip cookie dough and refrigerate for half hour
- Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing all the ingredients until smooth
- Preheat the Oven @ 180 degree for 15 mins
- In a greased pan, add half of the cookie dough then layer with the cream cheese filling
- Then again layer with remaining cookie dough
- Bake for 35~40 mins
- Remove from the pan and allow it to cool
- Refrigerate for 3 hours
- Slice and serve the Chocolate Chip Cookie cheesecake Bar
