creamy chictikka masala that goes well with rotis ,chapathis and rice....
Ingredients
- 500 gm chicken Boneless
- 1/4 cup yoghurt
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 Tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder -
- 1 tsp garam masala -
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tbsp lemon juice -
- oil
- salt
- gravy :
- 2 onion -
- 2 tomato -
- 2 tsps ginger garlic paste -
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder -
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder -
- 1 tsp chilli powder -
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder -
- salt
- oil
- 1/4 cup milk -
- 1 tsp sugar -
- 1/2 tsp garam masala -
- mint leaves
- 1 tbsp cashew -
Instructions
- marinate the chicken for 2 h
- In a pan add oil , g+gpaste, onion , tomato cook well then grind it into paste with 1 tbsp cashew then pour back into pan then add all powders , milk grilled chkn ,salt cook for 5 mins and garnish with mint leaves
