All Time favourite “chicken cutlets”…Chicken cutlet is a very easy to makedish . It comes to your rescue when you have a surprise guest. It can be also served as an evening snack..Today i have prepared it for iftar..Usually i prepare extra and store in freezer when needed just pop in oil and fry it..
Crispy breaded covering and mixture of chicken and potato inside…lets check out the recipe for it…Today I have managed to take pictures of each step ….hope you will like it..
Chicken cutlet

Ingredients
- 250 gm Chicken (bonless)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- salt
- 2 onion chopped
- 2 tsps gingergarlic paste
- 1 tsp Redchilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 1/2 tsps garam masala
- 1/4 Boiled greenpeas
- coriander leaves
- 1 potato boiled and mashed big
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder ,pepper powder, soya sauce and salt and pressure cook it Then shred the chicken pieces.Here I have used boneless chicken use can chicken with bones too then shred it
- Boil and mash the potatoes..also boil greenpeas and keep aside
- In a pan add oil , chopped onions and saute until it is soft not browned then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell is gone then add all the powders , shreded chicken , boiled green peas mix it ..then finally add mashed potato and coriamder leaves ..add salt according to taste.. Adding green peas to it add extra taste to...You too have to try it..
- Beat an egg add salt to it and keep it ready.
- Pour the bread crumbs in a plate .here i have used This gives extra spicyness to it..If this is not available its ok....we can make it spicy and tasty by adding Redchilli powder , garlic powder salt to the bread crumbs and mix it...ready..
- when the chicken mixture is cooled take a small portion roll in circle /Make in disc shape dip in egg then coat with bread crumbs Do the same for remaining portion
- Heat oil in a pan then drop it in oil and fry till golden crisp
