Crispy outer and soft inside chicken balls better for kids snacking......

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chicken mince
- 2 onion chopped
- 4 greenchilli chopped
- 2 tbsps chopped ginger
- coriander leaves
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsps garam masala
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- egg
- salt
Instructions
- Grind together greenchilli and ginger to a paste
- To the chicken mince add chopped onion , ginger greenchilli paste ,pepperpowder,turmericpowder,garammasala,corianderleaves mix it well then add an egg , salt and keep it aside for 30 mins in fridge
- Shape them into balls and roll in bread crumbs and fry it.
