Chettinad Fish Fry Recipe by Asheera Haja
Ingredients
- 8 FISH slices - pieces
- 5 onion small -
- 2 tsps gingergarlicpaste -
- 1 tsp fennel seeds -
- 1/2 tsp jeera -
- 2 tsps coriander powder -
- 1 tsp redchilli pdr -
- 1 tsp peppercorn -
- salt
- 2 tsps rice flour -
- 1 tsp besan -
Instructions
- grind toghetr all the ingredients and marinate the fish for 1 hr and fry it
