Carrot potato spinach Thoran Recipe by Asheera Haja
Ingredients
- 1 carrot -
- 1 potato -
- 1/2 bunch spinach -
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds -
- 2 redchillies -
- curry leaves
- oil
- 1 onion -
- 1/4 cup coconut -
- 1/2 tsp jeera -
- 1 garlic -
- 2 greenchilli -
Instructions
- chop carrot , potato, spinach , onion
- In a pan add oil mustard seeds , redchilli ,curry leaves onion ,carrot , potato, spinach salt cook till done
- grind coconut ,jeera , garlic , greenchilli ,turmericpdr
- add to the above mix saute well
