Carrot Mousse
Carrot Mousse Recipe by Asheera Haja
Ingredients
- 400 gm Carrots grated -
- 1 tin condensed milk -
- 100 gm khoya
- 100 gm fresh cream -
- 1 tsp cardomom powder
- nuts
Instructions
- Saute the grated carrots in a pan then add condensed milk ,khoya, mix well keep it for cooling .when cooled ad fresh cream , cardomom pdr mix well chill it.
- serve in glass with chopped nuts n cream...
