Carrot Cake

INGREDIENTS

eggs -4

sugar -1 1/2 cups

All purpose flour(maida) – 2 cups

vegetable oil – 1 cup

baking powder -1 1/2 tsp

baking soda -1/2 tsp

cinamon powder -2 tsp

grated carrots -2 cups

vanilla essence -1tsp

METHOD

pre heat the oven@180

In a bowl mix toghether flour,baking pdr,baking soda ,cinnamon and seive it 2 times

beat eggs and sugar till creamy then add oil ,vanilla essence,sifted flour mix it well then finally add the grated carrots and combine every thing well

prepare the cake tin by brushing it with butter then flour it to this add prepared cake batter and bake it for 25-30 mins until the toothpick inserted comes out clean ..remove then cake tin from oven and keep aside to cool then slice it
