  2. preheat oven for 10 mins at 180xba
  3. cut the bread slices into small pieces
  4. melt 1/2cup sugar in a pan till brown when caramelised add butter
  5. Beat egg till fluffy with remaining sugar then add milk, butterscotch sauce then pour over the bread slices and bake st 180xba for 30 -35 mins
