Breaded Prawn Wrap

Crispy breaded prawn wrapped in a whole wheat tortillas with spicy mayo and lettuce.. Prawns are always favourite in our house whether as biriyani ,gravy or fried ..I usually try wraps with chicken .its easy to prepare and have it .so why not try with these lovely prawns so came up with this breaded prawn wrap it tasted so good especially with the spicy mayo ..I have used whole wheat tortillas here and I have used only shreded lettuce wraps even other veggies can also be  added to your taste.I have coated with panko breadcrumbs which gives a nice texture to the fry..you can also use normal breadcrumbs..

  1. Marinate the prawns with redchilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Beat an egg with salt and keep aside.Spread the breadcrumbs in a plate and season it with salt and redchilli powder..
  3. DIP the marinated prawn in egg and coat with breadcrumbs and fry till golden brown and crisp..
  4. Mix together mayonnaise and redchilli sauce ..
  5. Take a whole wheat tortillas heat up the both sides then spread the mayo mixture lavishly then top with shreded lettuce leaves then.place the hot crispy prawns (*maximum4) in a line and tightly wrap it.
