Brazilian coconut Flan
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 5 eggs
Instructions
- First prepare caramel sauce by melting togethr sugar and caramel until brown and pour into the ramekins/ moulds.
- Blend together eggs , coconut milk , coconut cream and condensed milk until smooth .Then pour over the caramel and steam for 35-40 mins until set and toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Then refrigerate/ chill until serving.
