Its very easy to prepare and its lovely colour is so appealing….this pulav is good for those kids who dont eat beetroot .as here you wont get the chunks as they are grated in here and colour is so appealing thy get impressed…

STEP BY STEP PICTORIAL

All the ingredients at a glance
saute whole spices , greenchilli,and onion
Add gingergarlic paste
Add in corianderleaves
Add all the spice powders
Add grated beetroot and saute well
Add coconut milk
Add soaked rice and cook till done

  1. wash the rice and soak for 15 mins
  2. grate the beetroot or cut into small pieces i have grated the beetroot
  3. In a pan add oil cardomom , cinamon , clove , bayleaf , onions saute till brown then add the g+gpaste , redchilli pdr , turmericpdr , cumin pdr , coriander pdr , salt , garam masala , grated beetroot mix it well then add the rice n water (Can also add coconut milk instead of water to enhance the flavor) and cook till done
