Baked cheesecake with caramel sauce
Ingredients
- BASE :
- 1 packet Digestivebiscuits -
- 50 gm butter melted -
- 2 tbsps sugar -
- cheesecake filling
- 1 pack philadelphia creamcheese - (8oz )
- 1/2 tin condensed milk - also substitute ( can
- 1/2 cup sugar )
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract -
- 1 egg -
- caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar -
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup butter -
- 1/4 cup cream -
Instructions
- crush the biscuit and add the melted butter and sugar .mix together and press it to the baking tray and refrigerate for 15 mins
- pre heat the oven @200xb0 for 10 mins
- Beat toghether cream cheese and condensed milk then add egg and vanilla extract beat till creamy donor overbeat the batter..pour this batter on top of the biscuit layer and bake @180xb0 for 1hr..aftr tat cool it
- (I have added nly little amout of the ingredients due to which i got small layer of cheese cake .to make it thick layer double the above amount)
