Apollo Fish fry

Ingredients
- 250 gm Fish Fillet
MASALA
- 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 greenchilli slit
- 1 tsp redchilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper crushed
- curry leaves
- 1/4 cup curd
- lemon juice
- corianderleaves
- oil
Instructions
- Prepare the batter by mixing the ingredients under batter .
- Dip the fish fillet in the batter and fry it.
- In another pan add oil , ginger garlic chopped ,greenchilli curry leaves saute it then add redchilli powder and coriander powder , soya sauce , curd and salt stir for 2 mins then add the fried fish toss it well until all masala is well coated and finally add lemon juice coriander leaves and crushed pepper .
