3 Ingredient Lotus Biscoff Icecream
An easy to make 3 ingredient lotus biscoff Icecream with the crunch of crushed lotus biscuits..

Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 -3/4 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup melted biscoff spread
- 3 tbsp crushed lotus biscuit
Instructions
- Whip the whipping cream till soft peaks are formed .
- Add in the condensed milk and biscoff spread mix it well .
- Add half of the mixture to the container then add in crushed biscuit then add remaining icecream mix finally top with crushed biscuit.
- freeze it for 8 hours and scoop n serve
