Banana walnut cake

Delicious, perfect, soft and moist cake with a flavour of banana and walnuts..sweet ripe bananas are the key to make a perfect banana cake.This cake one of the flavourful one that I have made my house smells heavenly with flavor of banana….just cant stop having it..This cake is perfect for breakfast with a cup of tea/coffee…The crunch of walnuts in between makes it more tastier..You can also add chocolate chips on top of it or can add along with the batter…

  1. pre heat oven to 180°c and grease the pan with butter and flour ...
  2. Mix together dry ingredients and set aside
  3. In a large bowl combine wet ingredients well then add dry ingredients slowly and mix until combined.donot over mix
  4. Fold in walnuts...and pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 50-55 minutes until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
  5. If the cake starts to brown at top then cover it with foil and bake until cooked
  6. slice and serve..
